Beaune Premier Cru “Les Avaux” comes from a 1.12-acre Pinot Noir site with 40-year-old vines planted on argillo-calcareous soils. Fully de-stemmed and carefully hand-sorted, it yields a deep, silky Pinot Noir with aromas of red berries, blackcurrant, leather, and morello cherry, balanced by firm refined tannins and a rounded finish.
