Sylvain Cathiard, of Domaine de la Romanee Conti lineage, has followed in his family’s footsteps to tend an idyllic 5 hectare plot in Vosne. The Bourgogne aligoté produced therein is a total knockout and shows us low-intervention winemaking at its finest.
