About this Region
French wine is produced all throughout France and traces its history to the 6th century BC, with many of France's regions dating their wine-making history to Roman times.
The domaine was founded in the 1900s. Brothers Denis and Bertrand now manage the Domaine, following their father Robert's semi-retirement in 2003. The Chevillons' Passetoutgrain is fully-destemmed 2/3 Gamay, 1/3 Pinot Noir from 45-year-old vines, sourced from 3 lieu-dits near the village of Nuits St. Georges, aged 16 month in barrel with 20% new oak.
